Dr Liz is Amazing. I just moved here from the coast and needed an adjustment bad; back to balance got me in same day, Dr Liz listened and helped me, no rushing, made me feel safe and comfortable. Walked in after a week of pain and walked out 75% better and the next day was even better, within three days I was back to 100%. I have been going to chiropractors since I was a teen, 5 decades ago, I even worked for a chiropractor at one point; Dr Liz is knowledgeable, compassionate and gifted.

Everyone at Back in Balance is great from the front desk personnel to the chiropractors and Nurse Practitioner - they offer a wide range of modalities and expertise. ​Kristin was my chiropractor for over a decade and she is amazing. We moved too far away for me to continue seeing her and I cannot thank her enough for everything the past 10-11 years. She helped get my pelvis back where it was supposed to be after an injury years earlier that no one else (including MDs, other Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists) had figured out how to fix. She kept me as functional as possible when I was dealing with chronic health issues of unknown origin (turned out I had mold toxicity, endometriosis, and adenomyosis). I truly believe that I would not be alive today if it weren’t for her expertise with those of us who are more sensitive and do not respond well to the Traditional Western Medicine paradigm. I have some gene SNPs that make it more difficult for my body to process everything and her expertise in methylation was vital in keeping my body from getting completely overwhelmed. She also performs NET and NAET which have also significantly helped me on my healing journey. Basically she loves to learn and her patients benefit greatly from all of her knowledge. If you are more sensitive she is absolutely the chiropractor for you!

Dr. Dean and Dr. Liz are wonderfully caring practitioners who take the time to listen and understand what is going on each time myself or my family members are in for an appointment. I am always amazed at the immediate impact their work has on my and my family’s quality of life and quality of effort in each of our athletic endeavors. I would highly recommend Back In Balance to anyone that is looking for a noninvasive treatment for all the things that creep up on you and make life less comfortable.
