Despite proactive communication with a front office supervisor to ensure everything was in place before my visit, I arrived at my appointment time to discover I had never been put on the schedule. The coordination effort on my end made the oversight that much more frustrating.

Positive! From the front desk all the way to the Doctor. The whole office makes me feel welcome and they care about how I feel. As soon as you walk in the door there is a calmness. Right away a person feels better.

Been going here for 4 years since before Pretzinger took over for Kuwabara. They’re great people and do high quality work. Always listen and are thorough. I do wish they'd get a modern website with an online booking integration modal though.

Dr Kuwabara is a very skill chiropractor. This is my third month of treatment of my neck mobility and have a good significant progress. Will continue to have my treatment with Dr K and hope to have a great successful recovery! Front desk is very friendly. Massage treatment has been wonderful As promised, I continue my treatments with Dr Kuwabara twice a month. Dr K told me its a long journey to full recovery and I am see results every time I went for my treatment. I continue to enjoy the massage treatment as well. I always feel so much better after a visit with Dr Kuwabara. The office is tranquil and helps you feel relaxed from the time you walk in. The girls that do the electo therapy and massage are really good and get all the knots out for me. I usually feel 90% better from that part and then Dr Kuwabara takes the time to listen and focus on adjusting you so that you are good as new. I always leave feeling better, and with knowledge to help me stretch and exercise better. I’ve been to a number of chiropractors over the years and I have enjoyed going to this office by far.
