Lalama chiropractor

I had the worst experience at this place. The receptionist were wonderful, but Barbara the Dr was unprofessional, kept calling me “mija” didn’t do any adjustments on my back because she states she was limited to what she could do which is BS. She seems to be use to dealing with patients that are there just to get money for car accidents. The warm compression pads where cold and not warm like she said they’d be .. there where so many patients there that day that I wouldn’t be surprised if those pads where just taken off someone’s back and put on mine which had me feeling disgusted. When the Dr returned to my room she came back used a puncture hand held item to puncture my back 4 times and then proceeded to wanting to throw me in another room with a roller bed .. I told her that wouldn’t work for me because I don’t like the way I feel after I’ve used that bed in the past. She then told me ok well I can’t adjust you, it seems like you’ve been spoiled wherever you’ve been to in the past. I got there at 3:20PM and left around 4:52PM. Talk about a waste of time since I left with back and neck pain but to being laid down on a table with a peephole for way too long. Save yourself the trouble and do your research when looking for a chiropractor.. finding a good dependable chiropractor will determine your wellbeing in the long run
