I had a great experience here. The wait time wasn’t long which I really appreciated. Ruby was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was welcoming, and I would definitely come back again!

We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment, exactly as the clinic staff requested when booking the visit. However, even 20 minutes after the appointment time, no one had assisted us. We had to keep reminding the front desk about ourselves. Only after waiting did we finally receive the patient forms, which were more than ten pages long. After completing them, we continued waiting again. In the end, we waited for over an hour and were never called in to see the doctor. We decided to cancel the visit and leave without receiving any care. I do not understand the point of scheduling a medical appointment for a specific time if patients are then expected to wait for an hour with no clear communication. The front desk staff showed no empathy or interest, even after I explained before filling out the forms that I could not wait for a long time. Very disappointing experience and poor organization.

I’ve had such a great experience at this clinic. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when coming in for care. One thing I really appreciate is how fast the wait time is-even when I walk in, I’m usually see quickly. I want to give a special shout out to Carmen, the office manager. She is truly amazing so humble, hard-working and dedicated. She wears many hats at the clinic and still manages to treat every patient with kindness, respect and genuine care. Her assistant Ruby is also wonderful very polite, helpful, and a tentative. And of course, all the doctors here are great as well. You can tell the entire team really cares about their patience. Highly recommend this Clinic!

Came in for an appt on the weekend, showed up on time and I was seen on time. Employees were so nice and friendly. The front desk was very helpful and nice. They were able to answer any concerns I had.
