I went for the first time. I arrived early and they said they would probably see me earlier. I filled out paper work. They had my doctor's authorization on hand. When I went in birth weight and blood pressure were taken. They took me to a room and took more information. The process was explained in what would happen and who would take care of me. Electrical stimulation with weighted heat. Then the doctor came in and spoke of my specific issue and what adjustments he would perform. I felt heard.

Not a good place to go to the doctor never came out to ask any questions to me about what was going on never bothered to introduce himself decided to send me away due to the fact that I Took my blood pressure on my left arm and not on my right arm. I wanted it on my left side if he were to have asked me any questions instead of just judging he would’ve known that I had pain in my right arm so having a blood pressure on my right side of my arm is not going to happen. Also, I weigh myself on a daily basis every morning. I see multiple doctors including Specialist and I always tell them my weight and they all understand that I weigh myself early in the morning without extra weight and nobody has sent me away or refused care including other chiropractic doctors and acupuncture doctors. Now, as for the staff Christina at the front desk is very disrespectful. Doesn’t know her boundaries and thinks that she’s a little Miss know at all highly arrogant for her age. I’ll tell you this much. I’ve been in the medical field for 16 years and the way I was treated here I do not accept it and I do not appreciate it. This is a place to not go to for care because if they cared, they would take care of their patients a lot better than today. What I saw was unprofessionalism, disrespectful people and not wanting to help others and I’ve never met a doctor that has never came out to introduce himself instead he hid behind closed doors and sent me away. This is highly unprofessional of a so-called doctor. So everyone go look for somewhere else Where you can be treated properly respectfully and get the proper care you need instead of driving far away, wasting gas and your time.
