Triangle Chiropractic - RTP/Durham

This practice is amazing. I’ve seen Dr Jason, Dr Alex, and Dr Rob during my pregnancy in second and third trimester. I had misaligned hips that gave me the pregnant waddle at 24 weeks - solved in 5 minutes! Then had the same issue end of third trimester that gave me prodromal labor for a week. They solved it in 7 minutes and have kept it solved. No more prodromal labor for me, and I can take walks with my family to stay active!! So amazing — this should be the standard of care for pregnant women everywhere.

Rob and Jason have helped our entire family. We’ve been to chiropractors in multiple different states - even several in Durham - and NO ONE has come close to comparing! They don’t just adjust you and send you out the door. They work on your body AND show you how to do physical therapy at home so you can improve. I’ve never felt rushed; I always feel like they take the time that we need. 1000% recommend!

Dr. Rob is amazing and great at communicating. I was recently in a wreck, he helped me find a great attorney and my back felt a lot better from the first visit. On top of that, this establishment has great customer service.

Dr. Jason, Julie and the office staff are great. A few years ago, Dr. Jason worked me through a hip issue. Now, when I returned a few months ago, he remembered me specifically, the office staff made feel like I was a daily neighbor. Dr. Jason has worked me through this-time needs and convinced me a regular maintenance program is best for my holistic approach for my health and wellness. I started going to See Dr Jason at Triangle Chiropractic 3 weeks ago. I was having some right elbow pain and my trapezoid area in my upper back and neck are constantly tight. After 3 visits, my right elbow pain is gone thanks to Dr Jason. Also my neck and trap tightness has been decreasing with each visit. Dr Jason is knowledgable, smart and knows exactly what to focus on when I am there. The entire staff here is outstanding as well. The facilities are top notch in my opinion as well. I highly recommend this practice if you have pain. You wont be disappointed at all.
