Downey Health and Wellness Center: Cathrine Zarrabi DC

I would like to express a complaint about the service I received today at the clinic. I had an appointment scheduled at 11:00 a.m. When I arrived, I greeted the person sitting at the front desk, whose name is Steisy. I did not hear her respond to my greeting, and the first thing she asked was for my name. After that, she completely ignored me and continued talking with another person. Honestly, my first impression was that her attitude was not professional. In addition, I felt like I was being treated as if I were deaf, which I found very disrespectful. As front desk staff, it is important to provide respectful and professional service to patients from the moment they arrive.

The male Asian chiropractors hurt me more during the adjustment then when I came in, and when I expressed that they were hurting me, they laughed at me. Never had such a bad experience with a chiropractor in my life. Never went back.

They fixed my shoulder... one of the best place.... cute nurses lol

Great place with several locations and all the medical providers you need. You cant go wrong here.

They're very friendly and polite as well very professional!
