Clairpointe Family Chiropractic

I went in Tuesday for an exam for shoulder pain. X-rays were taken, overall basic questions asked and answered. Follow up was in two days. I came in today for the consultation, today being Thursday 2-26-2026. I was given an explanation of suggested treatment plan for my back and neck . The doctor never mentioned my shoulder which is my only reason for coming in. When he asked for my feed back on if I wanted to start treatment, he seemed shocked that I said no. He asked why . I explained that he had not mentioned my shoulder at all. I then told him this felt like I was buying a used car not getting a medical exam explanation. The doctor agreed that poor to not talk about the reason I came in to see him. However he then went on to tell me that I should have interrupted him and pointed out that we were not talking about my shoulder. I don’t think I should have to remind him that he is in not a single way addressing the single reason I was in his office. He then offered me an xray of my shoulder at no cost. I did decline the offer. I feel that when I go to the next doctor, they will want to take the xray themselves. I was not charged for any treatments or the consultation or the X-rays taken by his office. However I left work twice in a week , got X-rays and wasted my time . Not an experience that I would have expected when going to see a doctor. I would not recommend.

Dr. Nathan Blackwell is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He does a wonderful job explaining how the body works and the positive impact of being under chiropractic care. He has improved my neck pain and has lessened the amount of headaches I have each month since being under his care. Highly recommend Dr. Nathan Blackwell for your chiro needs!
