I had a very disappointing experience at Danny Chan Chiropractic. I arrived about 15 minutes late because I genuinely forgot about the appointment, and the front desk staff was already rude from the start. Even though they decided to still take me in, the entire interaction felt unprofessional. After filling out the paperwork, I mentioned I would be paying out of pocket. During a phone call I had with the office about 3 weeks earlier, I was told the visit would cost around $110–$120. However, the front desk suddenly told me it would be $200. When I explained what I had previously been told, instead of trying to help or clarify professionally, I was asked “what office did you call?” and told it was “maybe the coupon price.” If that price was discussed before, it should have been honored or at least handled respectfully. Instead, I was basically given an ultimatum: either continue with the appointment at the higher price or cancel. I chose to cancel. Overall, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Dr. Chan has been there for my family ever since the first visit when we met him a couple years ago when I was having life-changing sciatica pain due to a pinched nerve he later treated my husband post at least two accidents post to knee meniscus repairs and now again, he will never say no to helping you. He will schedule you after hours. He will give you advice. He will help you with a second opinion. He will get you imaging done if you need it, his office assistant is incredible. She will text you she will put you on a waiting list. She will remind you they will take care of you. I can’t say enough I recommend him without reservation and I really appreciate everything he’s done for my family in the last couple of years.

One of the best experiences! Average appointment visit is 30 minutes: 15 minutes under electrical stimulation on the sore parts of your back, top it off with the option to have a heating pad applied while you relax. (Great time to enjoy a quick nap during the process) The next 15 minutes is the chiro adjustment/alignment process and scheduling your next appointment. My co-pay is $15 via Kaiser. And scheduling appointments is pretty painless on a bi-weekly schedule. The staff are incredibly friendly and informative. They help make the whole process as painless as possible. Definitely recommend to try it at least once if you haven't yet.

My experience with Dr. Chan was very calm and relaxing, he used warm pads on my back and the adjustment was very smooth. He listen to my concerns and addressed them. He has gone above and beyond helping me and I’m very grateful to him and his staff.

Dr. Chan is skilled in the art and science of bones and how to relieve tension through adjustments of the skeletal frame. He is always caring, friendly, upbeat, and efficient. The office staff are also friendly and helpful. I have seen Dr. Chan over 30 plus visits and the treatments have been very helpful in keeping my body aligned. If you are looking for a chiropractor, Dr. Danny Chan is your guy!
