Went to see Dr. Stately at the recommendation of a friend. The office is very friendly and professional. Both Susanna and Dr. Stately did a thorough assessment. Dr. Stately walked me through a daily exercise routine to aid in my recovery. I returned on Day 2 for the adjustment and recommendations for treatment. I was presented with a set of options and all my questions were answered without feeling rushed. Thank you all. I left feeling I will be in good hands with Pacific Total Body Wellness.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel really comfortable. The massage was absolutely amazing by alfredo—especially since it was my first one ever! The doctor was also wonderful, very gentle and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I went to Dr. Stately because I was having pain in my shoulder. When I walked in, I noticed a sign at the front desk that read, “Welcome, Rachel.” Stacey and Suzanna were sitting behind that desk smiling. Every time I visit, they go out of their way to make me feel welcome. During my first visit, Suzanna asked me questions and took my history. Dr. Stately checked my range of motion and listened intently. Then I got a massage and met with Dr. Stately again. I have never had a more thorough exam or been to any doctor who cared that much. Before that day, I had only been to a chiropractor once and was nervous. Dr. Stately was patient and willing to start slowly. I left feeling hopeful and my shoulder felt better after my first treatment. For the past couple of months, once a week, I have benefited from a healing massage with Joey, followed by treatment and coaching with Dr. Stately. At each visit, I get new exercises and tools to strengthen my back and make me stronger. Today, because of Dr. Stately and his team, my shoulder no longer hurts and I am standing taller, literally. I could not be more grateful or recommend their office highly enough.

As a patient of about 25 years, every visit seems to be even better than the last. The office staff are amazing and welcoming! Alfredo is one of the best massage therapists I have been to, and Dr Stately is an amazing person. His understanding of how the body is supposed to work is undeniable. His friendly nature and interest in my well being, mind, body, and soul is incredible. 10 stars if I could!!
