I had a great experience at Dr. Richter’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. The office itself is very clean, organized, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Richter was thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated how personable and professional he was throughout my visit. It’s refreshing to find a practice where both the staff and doctor genuinely care about their patients. It was my first visit and I was greeted by smiles and warm welcomes from all. Dr Richter was great! He took the time to listen, diagnose, and completely understood what Im dealing with and, handled it appropriately. Definitely not one size fits all kind of adjustment. I will be visiting him again. After scheduling my appointment, I happened to mention it to my massage therapist during a session. Small world, she had actually worked with him in the past and had nothing but great things to say about him and his practice! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The office is nice, clean, and very well kept, and the staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Richter truly stands out. He takes his time, listens carefully, and makes sure you fully understand what’s going on and how he plans to treat it. He explains everything in detail and answers questions without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help them feel better long-term, not just provide a quick adjustment and send you on your way. His approach feels thoughtful, thorough, and personalized. This is my second appointment so far, and I’m extremely pleased with my experience.
