The Spine and Wellness Centers

We started bringing Mila to The Spine and Wellness Center at 10 months old after she was diagnosed with torticollis as a newborn. We had been doing PT and decided to add chiropractic care, and we’ve already seen an improvement! The entire staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and great with her. My parents and husband have taken her as well and had the same wonderful experience. They’re also extremely affordable. We’re so happy we found them and highly recommend them!

This was my third visit to Spine and Wellness Group in Coral Springs, FL, and each experience has been excellent. The office is always clean, quiet, and welcoming. The staff are professional, friendly, and greet you as soon as you walk in. I’ve never had a long wait time during any of my visits. Dr. Goodman is pleasant, attentive, and takes the time to listen to my concerns, and provides care that is tailored to my needs. I highly recommend Spine and Wellness Group to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.

I’ve had a really great experience at the Spine & Wellness Center at Heron Lakes. When I first started six months ago, my neck pain was honestly around a 9/10, and I had dealt with tightness and discomfort for years. I stayed consistent with my care (never missed a Friday!), and the difference has been amazing. My pain is now about a 1/10, my sleep has improved, and seeing the changes in my follow-up X-rays made all the consistency feel worth it. The entire team has always been kind, welcoming, and encouraging, and I’ve always felt well taken care of. If you’re willing to trust the process and stay committed, I definitely recommend them. I’m really grateful for how much better I feel today.

Where do I begin? Haha this place is amazing! Dr. Yael and the staff are very welcoming and treat you like family as soon as you walk in. I deal with back pain daily and she’s been able to relieve the stress and tension built up over the years. I’ve also had some of the special therapies they offer; I recommend the cupping and scrapping to help feel more fresh from sore muscles. Amazing atmosphere you won’t be disappointed. My favorite self care treatment when I need to get aligned, adjusted and want to feel taller!

Dr. Cohen and staff are amazing. They truly care and treat you like family. I've been dealing with lower back pain and for a few months now. . Cohen took the time to explain everything to me and what would be the best course of action. I truly do feel so much better and are able to get back to doing the things I love to do. I would definitely recommend to anyone who want to live pain free. Thank you for everything.
