The staff is so kind, caring, considerate and thoughtful. My back and posture is now better than it has ever been! I look forward to my appointments and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Jim and his staff are the best! Very personable, professional, and caring! I’ve been going for a little over a month now and can tell a difference. Yesterday I had some severe pain in my neck (not my kids or husband LOL) and Dr. Jim was so concerned that he told me if I need to come that afternoon for more help it would be free of charge. I went the next day and the first thing they said was that he was asking about me. He also has such a big heart and a great sense of humor as well. I’ve always feel better than when I arrive!

Being a CMT with over a decade in various chiropractic offices I have to say Dr Crawmer is by far the best in Columbus, GA! His staff is on it. Jenny works hard at getting you in and getting you your therapy’s and so much more. You’ll feel more like family after a while. Also, I had a car accident and they took care of all of that injury’s needs and therapy’s.

The only reason They have 1 star is because I had to in order to do my review… This was my first time at this clear choice chiropractor, I am African American not that it should matter but I guess In todays world this matters. When it comes down to the care received. My appointment appointment was at 10am I arrived at 9:56. I sign in. There were a few people ahead of me and as I sat there another lady comes in behind me. Now noticeably I’m the only person of color in the facility. Second red flag was I called to set the appointment up and when they finally addressed me I was told I wasn’t in the computer for today. No problem the office manager did let me know that she have a lot of new staff and I understood that so I stayed with patience despite how I felt already. I get called to take my X-rays I will add the office manager was good she was communicating with me and she was nice so this is not against her. Once I was done with my X-ray I was placed in the room. Dr finally came in and went over the X-rays with me, we go over X-rays and he says “okay your ready for the exam let me go get you a room. So apparently the rooms were all filled. He didn’t come back and say hey the rooms are full so I’m gonna treat these patient’s first. He said nothing so again I was left in a room waiting to be treated meanwhile I’m seeing others walk in get treatment and back out the door I was expected to be there an hour tops. It’s almost 12 noon. I decided to leave I let the girl know at the desk I was leaving and why I was leaving and she could care less that I just was discriminated against and also Overlooked. I feel I was the only person of color in the office I felt I didn’t matter it’s very unacceptable to treat anyone this kind of way especially who’s bringing business and revenue to this provider so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I especially wouldn’t recommend to any people of color.
