We have been such skeptics on chiropractors over the years. But Dr. Alday and her team have completely changed our minds on this! We love our doctor and recommend her and her team to everyone!

I have had a hard time finding a good chiropractor in Columbus and was discouraged after some less than ideal experiences. But Dr. Alday and Dr. Gordon are fantastic. I appreciate that each have their specialty and complement each other so well. They are both so knowledgeable and take their time to assess and explain. I have had some issues I went there for twice before. But today I was in pain and had limited ability to move. I could hardly walk this morning. But after seeing them I walked 4 miles without any issues. Front desk is also really helpful and kind. I am grateful to have found this clinic.

These people are just the best at what they do. Dr. Gordon Stephenson changed my life. I was in extreme discomfort, and little did I know that the issues with my back were affecting me in other ways (intensity of headaches, lack of sleep). Six visits later and the issues with my back have dramatically improved. I sleep much better and my headaches are far less intense and less frequent. Their prices are very reasonable. Dr. Stephenson understands what he is talking about and knows what he is doing. And Stephanie just puts the experience over the top. She even had the courtesy to ask how I prefer to be addressed (and remembered!). Thank you, Alday Chiropractic!

Tucked away off Veterans Parkway, this chiropractor's office is awesome! Great service, friendly staff and feeling better after the first visit. Treating spine issues is a journey, whenever I start feeling sore or achy I schedule an appointment and almost always feel immediate relief. Thanks Doc Gordon!
