South Bay Family Chiropractic

I was disappointed with my experience at South Bay Family Chiropractic after my son and I sought treatment following a car accident. Unfortunately, after one adjustment, I felt increased pain rather than relief. I also felt the office lacked some of the therapy equipment I expected for accident-related treatment. During one therapy session, both my son and I felt uncomfortable with how portions of the treatment were handled. In addition, it took several months to receive our medical records and billing documents, which delayed our ability to continue treatment and address our claim. Overall, based on our experience, we would not return or recommend this office for accident-related chiropractic care.

Dr. Biscotti is “God sent to me!” I had vertigo, headache, neck ache and brain fog for months!! Called his office and they were so accommodating and saw me even when the office was suppose to be close that Friday. He was so reassuring, explained results of xray and plan of care, was adjusted that day and after the first adjustment i felt much better!! Ty Dr Biscotti . you are the best!!

I love it here! Dr. Biscotti is awesome and so is Roxy. They are attentive and get to know you quite quickly because they take an interest in you and your wellbeing. They both make you feel like family. Each adjustment is heavenly ✨️

I've never had such a huge improvement with my stiff back. Dr. Biscotti took some xrays, identified the cause of my stiffness and got to work. In such a short amount of time Doc got me moving a bunch easier... thank you!

Been coming here for treatment since January of last year due to some serious back issues, and it’s honestly been a wonderful experience. My back has improved tremendously, and I’ve felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Biscotti is amazing—one of the most caring and attentive medical professionals I’ve ever been treated by. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly makes you feel like you matter as a patient. Roxy is just as incredible and always stays on top of appointments, scheduling, and anything we might need. She’s organized, kind, and makes everything run smoothly. I genuinely appreciate both of them. They’re not only great at what they do, they’re great humans—and I’m really grateful I found this office. Highly recommend!
