Tamara is awesome! In just a few sessions, I have seen better results for my frozen shoulder, then two Cortizone shots from my primary care doctor, 2 1/2 months of at home exercises/stretches from my primary care doctor and two sessions of physical therapy after that. In fact, I quit physical therapy because I was getting better results with treatment from Tamara. My initial consultation was an overall evaluation, not just for my frozen shoulder. Her evaluation was spot on, finding other issues I have and know about, but had never mentioned to her. That’s how thorough her evaluation is! Outstanding service. Great communication. Dedicated to help patients. I had immense headaches, lower back pain, neck pain, knee and hip were causing me horrible troubles falling asleep or doing day activities. Dr. Lund helped me progress incredibly from that pain. Keeps her work fun and is always sure to inform me about what is going on or what we can do to work on the pain. After a long day of school and life I feel exhausted but after a couple of adjustments here I feel full of energy and ready to keep going again! I didn’t know how much I needed these adjustments until I started. I initially didn’t think that it would make any difference but I am glad to say that after my first session any doubts that I had were out the window! Another great things is that Dr. Lund is great with working with your schedule. I am a university students and am always busy with work, classes and meeting but have never struggled with any appointments. Very welcoming environment and outstanding care.
