In April 2025, I requested that my account be frozen because I had to leave the state for work. Unfortunately, I was unable to return as planned because I later underwent major surgery. When I contacted customer service, I explained my situation and asked to either keep my account frozen until I recovered or cancel it if I was not able to return. The customer service representative told me that after three months she would send me a text message to confirm whether I planned to come back. I informed her at that time that if I did not return, I wanted my account canceled after the three-month period. I never received the promised text message or any other follow-up communication. Instead, for approximately the past year, the company continued charging my bank account for services that I was not using and could not use because of my surgery. In total, nearly $1,100 was withdrawn from my account. When I recently contacted the company to request a refund, I was told that they do not issue refunds. As a result, I have been forced to dispute these charges through my bank. I believe I acted in good faith by notifying the company of my circumstances and requesting cancellation if I did not return. The continued billing without the promised follow-up has caused me significant financial hardship, and I am requesting reimbursement for the unauthorized charges.

I was in so much pain when I arrived today and come to find out that my spine was really in bad shape. I can already feel some relief. The doctor and staff were so kind. And figured out a way so that I could stick with the plan. I am so glad and grateful that I am a new patient at the Joint Chiropractic Clinic

Dr Jackson’s adjustment was great!! He adjusted my neck, back, and even hands. That’s something I didn’t have at my previous chiropractor, it was new to me and felt great!! Definitely recommended to see him and front desk is super friendly and helpful :)

I’ve been to a few before, but this was the first time I felt noticeable relief on the very first day. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a big difference. The chiropractor who treated me was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. I felt heard, understood, and very well taken care of throughout the entire visit. What stood out the most is that I finally feel confident that I’m in the right place to improve my pain. It’s not easy to find a provider you can truly trust, but I left feeling reassured and very happy that I found them. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for effective care and a compassionate team.

always have a great experience at this chiropractic office from the front to the back.i’m usually seen by Dr. Matt and Dr. Steven, and they are both extremely thorough, professional, and attentive. You can truly tell they’re experienced and passionate about their work and always walk out of her feeling 10x better than I did coming in.if it weren’t for them nobody would stand a chance against my bad attitude when my back is tied up in knots😅,anyways 10/10 I highly recommend this location!!
