DeMaine Chiropractic & Rehab Center

I wish my experience at DeMaine Chiropractic & Rehab Center lived up to the numerous 5 star reviews others have left. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I (new patient) arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Upon arrival, I noticed lots of trash (empty glass bottles, wrappers, etc) right at the entrance. Once one of the Chiropractors arrived, I saw him look at the trash, unlock the door and just walk inside. He never came back out to pick up the trash or anything, just left it. Once I entered, the Chiropractor was loudly hacking/coughing repeatedly which obviously made me feel uneasy (he then put on a mask and gloves). I signed the patient check in form and sat down with two others who had just arrived after me. The receptionist was late and rushed in to get everyone checked in. The receptionist called out a name that wasn’t mine but was looking at me. I came to the window and she asked for my name, took my insurance card (United Healthcare) and Drivers License. She then informed me they DO NOT accept United Healthcare. I informed her I had reviewed their website and other forums which stated they do accept United Healthcare. She said the information is outdated. I asked how much it would be for X-rays, consultation, possible alignment (out of pocket) but she couldn’t tell me. Just mentioned how future appointments would be costly. I told her I would find another practice. Upon leaving, I noticed more trash/delivery debris in the front (including wet/soiled clothes in a big pile directly beside the front door). Let’s just say… even if I had one of the insurance plans the receptionist listed off (Anthem, Blue Cross, Aetna, etc.) I would NOT return. This place (inside and out) is a dump and clearly not maintained like a health/rehab center should be. Save your time and find somewhere else.

Couldn't be happier with the services they provide. After recently being hit from behind while driving Demaine was recommended. They absolutely went above and beyond from start to finish. All 12 visits went great. Top notch, friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care about your health and well being. I'd give them 20 stars if I could. Thanks so much.

Superb I can wait to take time and go get me a fix and a massage from one of your offices. FROM Dr. DEMAINE I learned how many Milligrams of vitamins C a person will need ON A daily BASIS to avoid a cold and I appreciate THAT knowledge cause Aaliyah have less Asma episodes and 4 new Asma pumps I share with people that don't have Medical Insurance.
