I recently started seeing Dr. Nick Barnes at Charleston Chiropractic Associates, and even just a couple visits in, I can say the service is impeccable. Treatment and support have been timely and right on target for my chiropractic needs. I've lived in several states and received chiropractic care from a number of providers over the years, and Dr. Barnes is easily top-tier, one of the best I've experienced. He's very professional with excellent bedside manner (or should I say chair-side manner!). He's truly in tune with his patients, you can tell you're not just a number here. He genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

Dr. Barnes and his intern worked with me for months. With multiple forms and methods to help solve pain I’ve been dealing with for years, he knows how to handle it. I still attend Dr. Barnes 3 times a week at a spectacular rate of $60 per visit which is easily affordable. The environment is friendly and comfortable, and Dr. Barnes and his team really know what they’re doing. No need for all the extra hoopla people tend to see at a chiropractors office, just a strong knowledgeable chiropractor that cares about your well-being.

I am sooo grateful I found Charleston Chiropractic Associates and Dr. Barnes! I was in town for my son's graduation at the Naval Base and after crazy flights across the country and insanely cold weather l was not in any position to walk anywhere. My left hip was completely out and I needed an adjustment badly. My hip flexer was killing me to the point I could not walk or stand without being in pain. He got me in last minute and was able to get me walking semi pain free by the time I walked out. The next morning I was 80% better and able to get through graduation. I popped in for another adjustment after that and I am even better today. Absolutely would recommend Dr. Barnes and as an added Bonus he has the Cutest Office Mascots - Monty and Hazel. 2 gorgeous Golden Retrievers that are the sweetest greeters!! He'll have you up and running in no time!!
