Paige and Austin at Backfit are truly exceptional. They take the time to teach me proper stretching techniques and strengthening exercises, and they always adjust movements when something feels too difficult or uncomfortable. I feel heard and supported in every session. They are both very communicative and consistently make me feel comfortable and cared for during treatment. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen, and they’re always clear about next steps —even while managing multiple patients on the floor. Today, Austin was the only provider on shift and handled the entire floor seamlessly without any disruption in care. Their ability to stay organized and attentive under that amount of case load is impressive.

The chiropractor Dr. Gomez took the time to thoroughly assess my injuries, explain my treatment plan clearly, and made sure I got the treatments I needed. Treatments included adjustments, physical therapy, TENS, massage therapy. Every treatment felt intentional and personalized to my recovery. Over time, my neck pain improved. The staff is professional, kind, and efficient, and the office has a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re dealing with pain after an accident or just need excellent chiropractic care, I highly recommend them.
