After years of participating in sports and high-impact fitness training, I began to experience regular knee pain. Not only was I unable to take part in the physical activities I once loved, but even daily tasks—like walking up the stairs—became painful. I decided to try SoftWave treatments on one knee and was so thrilled with the results that I continued with treatment on the other knee as well. I still can’t believe the relief it has given me along with the freedom to be active again. In addition, the staff at Jenkins is absolutely the best! My SoftWave appointments are something I genuinely look forward to—not only because of the results, but also because of the incredible people who work there.

I started using Jenkins Chiropractic in early December 2025 for terrible knee and muscle pain in my left knee. After 4 sessions of SoftWave therapy I started feeling relief and now I am walking without having to limp. I would highly recommend them. Their staff is amazing.

I’ve been seeing Dr Jenkins for the past 5 years. It started with sciatic pain when I was pregnant with my daughter, and has continued as needed since then. My daughter started getting adjusted at just 5 days old, and went weekly with me. As she got older, and could no longer sit on his lap, she wouldn’t lay on the table or let him adjust him. She is 4 now, and for the first time in a couple years, she finally let Dr J adjust her! She was nervous at first but he got down onto her level and he showed her what he does on her unicorn. Then she climbed up onto the table!! She was asked to see if she could find any unicorns in the face part so he could find popcorn in her back. Once she felt her little pops, she started giggling and got right up and was happy and told me “that’s felt good mom!” Dr Jenkins and his staff always go above and beyond for their patients to make sure they feel comfortable. From know each and every person who comes in the door, whether they come 3x a week, or once a month, they remember who you are, and your story. 100/10 EVERY time.

Dr. Jenkins, Cari and Megan are a literal God sent! I have never had a chiropractor/office that’s been so great to accommodate and get you in when you need it most. My son and I have gone here for years and we absolutely love it. They have helped us through so many phases of life — migraines, sports, working out, pregnancy. If you’re in the Cedar Rapids area you NEED to be going here. 10000000/10! 🙌🏼
