I came in with back stiffness and occasional pain. Dr. Schnebelt has been amazing! My stiffness is totally gone and my posture is so much better. I definitely don’t feel pain as often if at all anymore, it’s been awesome. Can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Ballam has helped me on two occasions, with terrific results. Had some lower back issues and he focused on that area and brought great relief with his treatment. I am particularly appreciative of his approach, not trying to expand his treatments, rather dealing with one issue at a time. I started going to Legacy Chiropractic after suddenly having daily pain that affected my day-to-day. After a very thorough assessment, and personalized care, the results have been extremely satisfactory. I am able to be physically active again. Not only have the pains been tremendously reduced, but I have been able to improve my posture a little, which has been a challenge since teenage years.
