I would highly recommend Dr Gilmore! Years ago I had a wonderful chiropractor that retired and been looking for someone. I had been dealing with sharp and dull pain in the occipital area (upper neck / behind ear / skull base) thinking it would go away with heat/cool home treatment and over the counter anti-inflammatory. I had purchased a new pillow along with too much time on my phone scrolling, playing games, and watching videos. I was provided his contact information and told he was great and he is. From the first contact on the phone and in person with staff you are welcomed and explained what to expect. Dr. Gilmore is approachable, listens, communicates what he feels is the issue, and explains what he is doing, and what to expect. They took x-rays, and I received my first adjustment with IMMEDIATE relief. I in fact did have an inflamed occipital nerve that responded very favorable to Dr. Gilmore’s treatments.
