I have been coming to Lydian Chiropractic for over a decade and the consistency, kindness and gentle care that I have received from the team has been a gift. From competing as a former D1 athlete, to running the Boston Marathon and now being an avid skier, Lydian Chiropractic has supported my pursuit of these endeavors with confidence. They take a unique bio-mechanical approach to thoughtfully bringing the body into alignment.

The practitioners at the Lydian Center gave me my life back. I honestly don't know where I would be without them! I struggled on and off with back issues for a long time, but at one point (many years ago) I ended up in the hospital for several herniated discs and the morphine didn't even touch the pain. Long story short, I came to the Lydian Center and they put me back together and they have been my go-to ever since... Their work is holistic - they treat not only the physical structure, but also the mental/emotional pieces and can help with viruses as well. They even have a long-Covid protocol which is proven (they did a full research study) to be very effective. I always tell people they are NOT your "typical" chiropractor - they use the most gentle techniques yet they are incredibly effective. Dr. Lydia Knutson is incredibly brilliant and intuitive and I am utterly grateful for all she and her wonderful staff have done for me (and my son!) over the years.

I have travelled from Michigan multiple times now to receive treatment for Long Covid at Lydian Chiropractic. The staff is friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable, and the results speak for themselves.
