I have been going to Kat's Chiropractic for over a year. Personable & professional staff. Dr. Kirk has been great getting me back to being pain free. He takes time to listen and to explain things in plain English. At 73, it takes next to nothing to aggravate my back. After getting my back and hips into proper alignment, I go once a month now for maintenance to keep my lower back happy.

After an MRI showed spinal narrowing and a bulging disc, surgery was my only option—but I wanted to avoid that. I also couldn’t get a nerve block right away, so I tried Kats Chiropractor as a last resort. The doctor reviewed my MRI with me and was completely honest—no false promises and no pressure to do anything unnecessary. He explained there wasn’t much they could do long-term but suggested a spinal stretch that might help temporarily. I felt only slight relief at first, but later that day after resting, I realized almost all of my pain was gone. I was extremely impressed. I understand this isn’t a permanent fix, but it absolutely achieved the goal of relieving my pain until I can pursue a longer-term solution. Friendly staff, clean office, and a very straightforward, honest approach. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them.

Dr Garen Kirk is the best. He takes the time to diagnose the issue and designs your treatment plan specifically to you meet your needs. His adjustments are gentle and he will work with you if you are fearful or hesitant. He will modify his approach as needed to meet your health concerns or constraints. I highly recommend him.

I have been coming to KATS for over 10 years. Every visit has been professional, effective and without delay. Easy to set up a drop in or schedule a regular visit. Lobby is clean and family friendly. I have had mostly back and sinus issues that have been resolved over effective managed care. All doctors provide positive feedback and guidance on proper health advice to enhance overall health. I have no complaints and I highly recommend KATS to everyone needing professional and effective care.
