I started my treatment here due to neck pain/stiffness and headaches. After letting Dr. Gilson crack me for weeks, I finally notice a difference. I always walk out of my appointments feeling so relaxed and I just wish they were longer. Dr. Gilson is a whole vibe and he’s always happy every time I see him so that tells me he loves his job. Reception staff is nice and professional. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Milton Chiropractor for the past few months, and the difference in how I feel is truly life-changing. When I first came in, I was in constant discomfort and honestly felt discouraged. Dr. Frank and his team didn’t just treat me—they listened, supported me, and helped me feel hopeful again. The front desk ladies are always so kind and welcoming, and every visit feels like I’m walking into a place that genuinely cares about my well-being. I am so grateful for the progress I’ve made and for the people who helped me get here. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is struggling with pain or searching for real relief. If you’re looking for compassionate, effective chiropractic care in the South Shore area, this is the place I’d trust every time.

I can’t thank Dr. Gilson enough for helping me heal from severe TMJ and neck pain. He always treats me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for my well-being. Dr. Gilson takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I’m so grateful for the difference his treatments have made in my daily life — I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a caring and skilled chiropractor.

Francis is hands down the best chiropractor in the south shore area. After my car accident last year I couldn’t find a place that would help me with my Lower back pain and have gone to multiple PT and no relief until I met Francis. I started feeling so much better after just 3 weeks of seeing him and even went back to the gym. MRC staffs are great and very accommodating. A+++++++

Dr. Gilson is such a fun, bright & bubbly person that those characteristics serve his practice to stand out, above & beyond all others. Whom of which, in many past experiences can seem to be quite stiff, stale, etc. I know that seems like a strange notation, but it makes talking to him about your concerns & whatnot feel a bit easier to do when in comparison. A chiro with stiff reactions & shut - down responses tend to make you sometimes feel as if they're not even remotely interested in your opinion concerning your very own health, making for a very toxic doctor-patient relationship. But Dr. Gilson is def different. He's always so happy & pleasant to meet with; open to all concerns; + ready, willing & able to provide you with any further info/explanations RE treatments, aids, equipment, procedures, etc. Thus ensuring that he try to present you with not just the options & treatments that he believes is best, but any & all available...with full explanation behind his suggestions, too. For me, my biggest review point for chiropractors would be this: Being someone with EDS (sometimes loosely referenced as someone who has hypermobility or flexibility) + 7 herniated discs in the lowest discs of the spine; these complications require me to seek treatment from a chiropractor able to make strong, deep adjustments. There have been too many experiences in which I've simply stopped using any particular chiropractor because their lower back adjustments were light nothing more than a light sneeze on my back & therefore never seemingly effective. But do take note that he can adjust down to to a softer adjustment as needed/desired, so he's capable of versatility.
