I never went to a chiropractor until I was in my fifties. I took my bride and best friend to many different chiropractors in the valley where she had various successful treatments. She taught me many things about her successes and failures. The most important one she taught me is if the adjustment doesn't stay in place turn around and go right back into the office and get it moved where it belongs. Many times because her body got out of alignment it might take more than one adjustment to get it to stay in place. Unfortunately, my lifestyle has caused many failures which has required surgeries to correct. Now after being treated by Dr Bingham, I can attest to having many successful adjustments to my spine and ribs that get out of alignment frequently. Thinking backwards about those surgeries, I wish I would have tried adjustments prior to surgeries first. That's what I am suggesting, see Dr Bingham first, he is definitely the best before surgeries.

My podiatrist recommended decompression for my back as well laser treatment for my neuropathy. Boise Valley Chiropractic bought a new laser and two decompression machines so I booked 10 laser treatments for neuropathy in my feet and I have arthritis in my hands and wrists so I booked 12 decompression treatments for my back. Within a few days I noticed less pain and big difference in my posture. We moved into a new home 4 weeks ago and packed up 40 boxes of stuff and moved them and all our furniture to our new house. I was amazed how I was able to move heavy things and not have my back go out. I bought a back brace with ice packs from Boise Valley Chiropractic which helped immensely. I’ve been seeing James Bingham since we moved here in 2004, over 20 years now. I’ve tried a few here and there that are more “convenient” to where I live, but they don’t come close to the knowledge, experience, and results I see with him. I have terrible scoliosis and arthritis in my back and he has worked magic to keep me limber and out of pain. Highly recommend him.
