Several members of my family and I go to Greystone Chiropractic. All the doctors are attentive and help keep us all as healthy as we can possibly be! Never rushed, always kind!
Email correspondence was quick, friendly and human- it didn’t feel like a generic template of responses. I was able to make an appointment with email and text instead of sitting on hold on the phone. My appointment was made for the very next day and fit well with my work schedule (end of the work day). They work well with your insurance, complete transparency, and if you are unable to use it, they have very affordable services. The office is inviting, comfortable, and clean. I was welcomed immediately by the sweet person at the front desk and the wait time to see the doctor was very minimal. Everyone who worked there seemed happy to be there and invested in their practice. Dr. Shelby was patient and explained everything as we went along. I felt more empowered to make better decisions for my back even after the first consultation. There are colorful pictures and posters on the walls that show different information about how important your spine is for health and they are easy to understand and read for all levels. I haven’t been to the chiropractor in over 20 years (at least), and the new technology was so cool. Seeing the temperature in my spine spike in the exact areas of irritation and stress that I am struggling with was something new for me. Back pain can be so vague sometimes and hard to explain, and being able to see something concrete that displays what you feel- without words- was very validating. After this visit, I have also decided to bring my daughter here for a consultation as well ❤️ I look forward to feeling better! I will update this review as I go along, but have no doubt that I can put my trust in this practice. ONLY CON: I wish they were open 5 days a week :)
Dr. Doaty is absolutely amazing! Not only did she listened to my concerns, she also diagnosed problems I was having without me saying a thing. Her office staff mirrors her bedside manner with their patience and knowledge. Alista enthusiastically greets and assists every patient as if it's their first visit. So impressed with the consistent professionalism, I have referred my entire family to Dr. Doaty.
First-time and great preliminary experience. The doctors and staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and delivered practical information. I felt heard and valued regarding my primary issue and overall wellness. Looking forward to my next visit! Thank you!
I’ve been a believer in chiropractic care for years—it’s always helped me stay mobile, manage occasional tension, and avoid relying on anti-inflammatory meds for my neck and posture issues. But after a pretty rough motor vehicle accident (MVA) last fall, everything changed. The crash left me with severe neck pain, constant headaches, mid-back stiffness, and a deep ache that radiated into my shoulders and arms. I also had trouble turning my head to check blind spots while driving, which was scary and frustrating. My primary doctor prescribed anti-inflammatories and physical therapy, but after a few weeks I was still in a lot of pain and feeling like I wasn’t progressing. That’s when I decided to go back to chiropractic—this time out of real necessity rather than just maintenance. I started seeing Dr. Hannah at Greystone Chiropractic Care about 5 weeks after the accident. From day one, the approach felt different from what I’d experienced before: • Very detailed intake (they actually read the ER reports and imaging I brought) • Thorough exam including range-of-motion testing, orthopedic tests, and neurological screening • Clear explanation of how whiplash and the impact likely affected my cervical spine, facets, and surrounding muscles • A realistic plan that combined adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, and progressive rehab exercises—no unrealistic promises of instant fixes The adjustments have been gentle but very targeted (mostly diversified and some instrument-assisted work on my neck). They gave me home exercises that actually fit into my schedule and progress as I improve. Results after about 3 months: • Headaches are rare now instead of daily • I can turn my head almost fully without pain or that awful grinding feeling • The radiating arm/shoulder symptoms are improving • My mid-back and neck feel more stable than they have since before the accident • I’m back to sleeping through the night without waking up throughout the night in pain They’ve been great about coordinating with my other providers when needed and never pushed unnecessary visits. If you’re already familiar with chiropractic care but dealing with post-accident pain, stiffness, or whiplash symptoms, this practice really knows how to handle trauma cases with care and precision. I’m so grateful I didn’t just “wait it out.” Highly recommend!
