Dr. Lori was a huge help along with the rest of the staff here. Really friendly and never thought that they didn't want me there the next weeks appointment. They were also very understanding in terms of billing so I wasn't under much stress while receiving treatment. Would recommend again.

I’m currently being treated at Accident Care Chiropractic Center in Bend after my accident, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful I found them. From the beginning, they made a really stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. The staff is always welcoming and patient, and they take the time to check in with how I’m actually feeling instead of just going through the motions. I never feel rushed, and they explain everything in a way that makes sense, which I really appreciate. Even though I’m still in the middle of treatment, I’ve already noticed a big difference in my pain and mobility. It feels like I’m actually making progress each week, which has been such a relief. They’re also super knowledgeable when it comes to accident-related injuries and have been really helpful throughout the whole process. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly, which makes appointments easy and stress-free. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with an injury from an accident! Especially if you want a team that actually cares and keeps you feeling supported through your recovery.

I had a great experience at Accident Care. Dr. Lori has a wonderful team that is professional, welcoming, and really attentive from the moment you walk in. The massage therapists are excellent, truly some of the best I’ve experienced. They know how to target problem areas effectively while still keeping the session relaxing. The acupuncture treatments were also outstanding. The acupuncturist is highly skilled, calm, and takes the time to understand your needs before starting. I left each session feeling noticeably more relaxed, with reduced tension and improved overall well-being.

Dr. Lori is exceptional. She is very compassionate and genuinely cares. She is attentive and looks for a solution not just a “bandaid” for a problem. Her team is welcoming, and happy. Accident Care is the best in central Oregon!
