Ritsuko knows how to find the pain.. she didn’t know me, she knows her job. My back was sore… was, is the key word.. she pushed my back and found the tightness I couldn’t even begin to tell her where it was, she just found it! You can tell her energy is very positive aswell. when she finds your pain, she breaths in relief for you! Helps to understand how to breathe and let it out. They say the best things happen by mistake! I think today my visit with her was a mistake!! Best thing I never knew existed!!! Thank you!

Hey so I just left El Cinco chiropractor first of all the receptionist was very rude to me. After letting them know that I did not know my medical number Dr El senko came out and said he doesn't perform miracles.

Wow, the reviews are true! I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Noble and left with relief from the lower back pain I was experiencing. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Ritsuko, who happens to be the doctor’s wife. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. The atmosphere was calm and professional, and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Noble was equally amazing. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns and did a thorough assessment to pinpoint the exact source of my lower back pain. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Best of all, after just one visit, I felt a noticeable difference. The relief was incredible! Their rates are incredibly reasonable and I would highly recommended them :)

went in with extreme tingling in my right arm from a pinched nerve. They were very helpful dr. noble positioned me comfortably cracked my back in places I haven't felt cracks for 20 years. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Im typing on my laptop now I can actually feel some of the keys for the first time in a while... Im not 100% but are we ever?? Ill definitely be back as this was one of the better chiropractic services I ever had.. Never been on a table that lays you down and picks you back up as well that was a nice touch!! I also have multiple sclerosis and it feels good to feel good every once in a while wich dr noble was able to accomplish for me today!

Dr. Noble Elcenko saved my career and my life as a whole. I never thought that my neck will find comfort ever again but he was just too good he fixed it. I was in pain for over a decade but he fixed it. I highly recommend Dr. Noble.
