I was traveling from California and just happened to get my back into a bad place. I was almost not mobile, and heading to Alaska to hike around and check out things. The way my back was I wasn’t going to be doing anything. I had to sleep in the floor the night before I went to Parliament Chiropractic. Dr Fordt literally was above and beyond amazing !!! I have gone to chiropractors most of my life, Dr Fordt is above and beyond the most amazing Chiropractor I have ever encountered!! Not only is Dr Fordt very kind, he is just cool and really good at what he does!! He literally changed the outcome of my trip! I told him and I would fly to Alaska to get an adjustment if it ever did that again!! He was the highlight of my trip !! Also he is NOT expensive!!! My mind was blown all the way around, his staff is very polite, everyone is patient and kind!! Just an amazing experience! I got to travel and hike and walk with my family !

Coming to edit my review again. I was pulled aside at my appointment and was told that payments were not being received from my insurance. I told them the EOBs said the payments were made and that’s why I wait until the claim is complete before scheduling an appointment. I was then told that services were going to be suspended until payment is received so I don’t end up footing the bill. That could’ve been told to me BEFORE I received more services. Regardless, billing was supposed to call me, they didn’t. They were supposed to call my insurance, they didn’t. I called my insurance to figure out what was going on. During a follow-up call with my insurance, the rep contacted the billing department and pulled Tasha into the call. Tasha said payment was received. I explained the above to her. That’s when I find out that what Dr Fordt told me at my appointment was not correct. Tasha told me that my insurance (GEHA) was not covering the services so they are no longer providing those services to GEHA patients. This is a completely different story. There is no clear communication within this clinic or from the clinic to the patient. Edited to lower my rating. The reason why my review went from five stars to two stars: I was checking my insurance portal for my claim and after a month past the date of service I called to see what their billing timelines were. Matt answered the phone and I let him know I’ve been checking my insurance portal and haven’t seen the claim drop in and wanted to confirm if it’s been billed yet, and if not, what their usual timeframe is so I can keep an eye on it. I was also waiting to see how the claim was processed before scheduling a follow-up. He asked me why I was inquiring about my claim not being sent in yet. I told him again the reason for my inquiry. He made it seem like patients aren’t allowed to be concerned when it’s been a month. I know every office is different, which is why I didn’t call demanding my claim be sent it but rather just seeing what was going on. Original review: Ryan Fordt - what a cool dude with his bow tie. Gets to know you as a person, not just a patient. He makes sure he’s giving you the best treatment plan for your concern(s) and if he can’t, he refers you to the right people. Shout out to Alyssa who hooked me up with an appointment. She was super friendly, was not irritated at my many questions, and was able to get me in within a few days. No referral was required which made the experience much better.

Could you implement better quality control for massage therapists? Some of my experiences have been so uncomfortable that I’ve left feeling worse than when I arrived. It would really help to have more detailed profiles of each therapist, what techniques they use, their style, and what clients can expect, because right now it feels very hit or miss :/ Also, clear communication during sessions is essential. I’ve encountered therapists here who aren't receptive to feedback, but as someone with a sensitive body, I need to be able to ask for adjustment and feel heard. A more client-focused approach would make a big difference. I have also received amazing massages here, I just want that expirience more often

Went in for an appointment @3. It was 3:20 pm I asked what time were we scheduled at. They confirmed 3. The receptionist said that there were multiple new appts booked & that she can get us rescheduled if we like because she doesn’t know how long the wait would be. Definitely will be getting care elsewhere as being overbooked and wasting peoples time with no real explanation or apology.

Dr. Fordt is outstanding. I had old MRI imaging sent over before my appointment and instead of jumping right into adjustments, he requested I get new imaging done. He was more concerned for my wellbeing and not potentially harming me due to existing spine issues. I was very impressed. The last chiropractor I saw years ago was money hungry and kept "treating" me, regardless of the pre-existing diagnosis. Also, the chairs in the waiting room here, and in the evaluation room are BEYOND comfortable; I don't recall the last time sitting did not cause additional discomfort.
