Better Health Pain & Wellness deserves a 5 for great customer service & care. The moment I walked in the door, I was received well by Chelsea and team. The care that I received from the therapy providers - PT & massage was wonderful. Finally, the personal care given by Dr. Wells was exceptional. He is very experienced in his practice and an understanding professional. He treats his patients with dignity and respect. He treats you as a human being and not just a number. I know that my treatment plan is well thought out and that I will reach my recovery goal.

I have completed about half of my treatment plan thus far. I have seen good progress in my condition. Some days more than others. It depends on how hard I’m pushing myself. My sleep readiness has improved as well. I’m looking forward to biking weather and I’m optimistic I will be able to enjoy it without discomfort.

Better Health chiropractic care has greatly improved my day to day comfort. After only a few visits, I am seeing a difference in my hip pain and tightness in my back. Dr. Wells has been attentive and takes my concerns seriously. Chelsea has been so helpful and flexible with schedules and answering all of my insurance and billing questions! It’s been about 2 weeks since I completed my treatment plan with Dr. Wells. I used to suffer from a lot of lower back pain that made it feel almost impossible to walk “normal” again, but when I came to see Dr. Wells at Better Health, my back really started to get some relief. I was able to be seen an hour before they closed and despite their lobby being full, Chelsea was so nice and welcomed me with such a positive energy that it didn’t make me feel nervous about going (every day since that day, she was absolutely amazing, every morning I went in) The consultation session did take awhile but was very informative, professional and it felt nice to be able to actually find out what was wrong—Dr. Wells offers a variety of treatments plans tailored to your needs too!—From that day, starting in October all the way to February, my experience was great! The physical therapy staff, the massage therapist, Chelsea, and especially Dr. Wells, all have been so amazing and such a pleasure to work with. Even though I lived 20 minutes away, the commute to the chiropractor clinic was worth it, every appointment, every time. I left every visit feeling better than the visit before. My back pain has literally become nonexistent and to this day I get to finally have the luxury to wake up in the morning with no pain. I seriously can’t thank everyone there at Better Health enough. If you have been experiencing any type of pain, whether it being from an accident 3 years ago like me, to injuring your knee or neck, Dr. Wells & his staff are definitely the ones you should see! All in all, 10/10 in my book :) THANK YOU GUYS!
