I’ve been looking for a Black male chiropractor who accepts my insurance for quite some time, so I was excited to find Dr. Rod at PalmerCare Alexandria. I’ve been to three chiropractors, and so far, Dr. Rod is definitely one of the best. He’s incredibly thorough and takes the time to help you understand your body and get to the root cause of the issue instead of just treating the symptoms. He’s also very personable and down-to-earth, which makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. One thing I really appreciate is that he personally provides the treatment instead of relying heavily on support staff for most of the hands-on work, which I’ve experienced at other offices. He’s also very clear about your treatment plan, goals, and what to expect throughout the process. I’ve only had one actual treatment session (aside from my consultation and X-rays), and I’m already walking better and sleeping better. That’s a great sign. I’m trusting him when he says, “Just follow my advice, and you’ll feel better.” I’m looking forward to continuing treatment and making a full recovery. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable chiropractor who genuinely cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Rod.

I had my first consultation and visit with this chiropractor, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the communication was excellent. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options. What impressed me the most was that they genuinely care about your overall health and well-being, not just making money. You can tell they are passionate about helping their patients feel better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and honest chiropractor.

I’ve been going to Palmercare Chiropractic Alexandria for a little over a month now, and the improvement I’ve felt has been amazing. My lower back pain and neck pain have both improved so much since starting treatment. Dr. Johnson took the time to do X-rays, really listened to all of my concerns, and thoroughly explained what was going on with my body. I appreciated that he didn’t rush the process and clearly explained how my treatment plan would help me feel better. The staff are also wonderful—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Scheduling or changing appointments has always been simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and the entire team at Palmercare Chiropractic Alexandria. They genuinely care about their patients, and I’m so glad I chose them for my chiropractic care.

Amazing experience! Dr. Chris and Dr. Rod are truly great at what they do. I could already feel a major improvement from my very first visit. The entire staff is welcoming and goes above and beyond. Shoutout to Madeline, who always so helpful and accommodating when there are conflicts with my schedule. I’m still going once a week, and the care has been consistently great. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a very bad experience at this place. I moved and decided to cancel my therapy sessions, which ultimately didn't bring about any changes. Each session is supposed to cost $70, and the monthly fee is $255. I chose the monthly plan, and when I decided to cancel, they are charging me for three more months of therapy that I won't be receiving. I think they are unfair and irresponsible. They never sent an email with an explanation. When you sign up for a plan, they don't explain that even if you cancel, you still have to pay for an unfinished treatment. I do not recommend them.
