Two kinds of reviews
A listing can show two separate kinds of reviews, labeled separately so it's always clear which is which: Chirofinder Reviews, submitted directly on this site, and Google Reviews, synced from that practice's public Google Business Profile. They're never combined into one score.
Chirofinder Reviews
Anyone can leave a 1-5 star rating and written review on a listing page. Every submission is checked by a Chirofinder admin before it's published — nothing appears automatically — to catch spam and content that doesn't belong. A reviewer's email, if given, is used only to help us evaluate a submission and is never shown publicly. We don't verify that a reviewer was actually a patient of the practice.
Google Reviews
Every Google-sourced rating and review shown on a listing comes directly from that practice's public Google Business Profile, refreshed periodically. We don't write, edit, filter, or select which of a practice's Google reviews appear — what you see is a snapshot of its public Google reviews at the time of the last sync. Because these live on Google, Chirofinder can't remove, edit, or respond to an individual one — that has to happen through Google directly. If you believe a Google review violates Google's own policies (spam, harassment, a review of the wrong business, and similar), report it through Google, not Chirofinder.
Where listing details come from
Basic listing details (name, address, phone, category) are sourced from public business information and Google Places data. Once a practice owner claims their listing, they can edit and correct these details directly — a claimed listing's information reflects what the owner has entered, not third-party data.
Photos
Photos on a listing are uploaded by the practice owner or by a Chirofinder admin — we don't use a practice's photos without them being added through the site.
